Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant information.
  • System Administration: Coordinate and administer document control systems, including 4Projects or Sharepoint, to ensure seamless data management and access.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise closely with designers, site personnel, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues related to document control.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to designers, participants, and suppliers on the use of document management systems.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all document control procedures are followed, and that all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in document control, preferably in a construction or property management setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in document control systems, including 4Projects or Sharepoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
