Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing timesheets accurately and efficiently, working closely with our sales teams and management to ensure a seamless payroll process for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets and payroll data with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize various online timesheet systems to manage payroll data
  • Produce reports and schedules for weekly payroll processing
  • Send payslips and communicate with candidates and consultants
  • Submit RTI reports and manage payment schedules
  • Onboard new starters and manage payment advances
  • Address candidate and consultant queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including email and phone
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to learn new systems and processes quickly
