Job Role

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Coordinator who can process timesheets accurately to tight deadlines. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive, can-do attitude who can work closely with our sales teams and the management to make sure payroll is a painless, hassle-free process for our candidates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, able to learn quickly and has good attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day processing of timesheets
  • Using various online timesheet systems
  • Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll
  • Sending of payslips
  • Submission of RTI Reports
  • Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments
  • Adding new starters to the payroll system
  • Dealing with payment advances
  • Dealing with candidate payment queries and consultant queries
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, including Excel
  • Maintain good customer service
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
