Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing timesheets accurately and efficiently, working closely with our sales teams and management to ensure a seamless payroll process for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets and payroll data with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize various online timesheet systems to manage payroll data
  • Produce reports and schedules related to the weekly payroll
  • Send payslips and communicate with candidates and consultants
  • Submit RTI Reports and manage payment schedules
  • Onboard new starters and manage payment advances
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates and consultants

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including email and telephone
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other IT systems
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
