About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Stores / Stock Controller to join our skilled team of Engineers, Technicians, and Supply Chain Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incoming component inspection and goods receipting
  • Management of inspection reports and declaration of conformity submissions
  • Stock control, batch control, and kitting of stock to works orders
  • IDentification of BOM issues during kitting
  • Leadership of stocktakes and movement of components on MRP
  • Assignment of works orders to sales orders and end-of-line quality inspections
  • Logistics partner management and despatch of sales orders
  • Support to production and production engineering teams as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and components, or experience in an engineering environment preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Excel skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Detailed attention and strong communication skills
Benefits and Salary Information

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000, depending on experience.
