Are you a seasoned Home Manager with a proven track record of improving CQC grades and transforming care homes?

We are seeking a highly experienced Care Home Turnaround Manager to join our team in the North East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades, improving the lives of residents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades
  2. Covering managers' sickness, annual leave, and interim management
  3. Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy, and reducing agency use
  4. Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
  5. Multi-site role covering the North East predominantly, with occasional travel to Yorkshire

As a Care Home Turnaround Manager, you will have a strong nursing home management background, with a proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment. You will be a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
