Maintenance and Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join our team as an Assistant Building Services Manager. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the M&E packages on multiple regional projects, including specification, design, procurement of sub-contractors, health & safety, installation, snagging, and commissioning.
Job Summary: This role involves managing subcontractors through from pre-construction design stages, installation, and commissioning, specifying, designing, procuring sub-contractors, ensuring health & safety standards, installing, snagging, and commissioning M&E packages.
Requirements:
- Full project lifecycle experience.
- Previous roles: Trainee Building Services Manager, Assistant M&E Manager, Assistant Building Services Engineer, or Graduate Engineer.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, HNC or HND or comparable qualification and experience.
Benefits and Compensation: The salary for this position is around £43,000 - £48,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a car or allowance, pension, bonus, and more.
