HR Business Partner

The RoleIn this newly created position, you will work closely with allocated business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting recruitment activities to ensure a pipeline of top talent
- Diagnosing people development needs and creating tailored solutions
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement learning and development programs
- Conducting training needs analysis to determine organizational requirements
- Developing and implementing technical, leadership, and soft skills training initiatives
- Promoting the use of development plans to focus on learning and development needs
- Effective management of performance levels within the team, including leading on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
- Completion of exit and stay interviews to ensure a positive employee experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a proven track record in talent development and management. You will possess:
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience
- Level 5 CIPD qualification
- The ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department with a 'can do' approach
- High performance skills with the ability to remain focused and objective under pressure
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and attention to detail
