HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and implement effective attraction and selection methods.
- Diagnose people development needs and support talent management approaches to develop individuals across the business.
- Determine organizational needs through training needs analysis and partner with the business to implement relevant learning and development solutions.
- Develop and implement technical, leadership, and soft skills L&D initiatives in partnership with the Centre of Excellence.
- Promote the use of development plans that focus on learning and development needs.
- Manage performance levels within the team, including leading on performance improvement plans, sickness improvement, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Complete Exit Interviews and Stay Interviews with support from the Centre of Excellence.
- 5+ years generalist HR experience
- Level 5 CIPD qualified
- Ability to create a positive profile and work in a fast-paced environment
- High performer with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Flexible approach to working time and ability to remain focused and objective under pressure
