Job Description

As a Rural Property Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the empty homes service, ensuring high-quality homes are refurbished and ready for our customers in a timely manner.

You will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the teams deliver a high-quality value-for-money service in line with KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data analysis, gathering and reviewing data to devise proactive actions to continuously drive improvements in the service.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires inspirational leadership skills, strong data analysis abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the empty homes service, ensuring high-quality homes are refurbished and ready for customers.
  2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure teams deliver a high-quality value-for-money service.
  3. Review performance data and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Manage budgets to ensure value for money.
  5. Ensure compliance with H&S requirements, internal processes, and legislative requirements.
