About the Role:
As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering person-centered care to clients in their own homes
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £12.44 per hour, plus additional holiday pay accrual and guaranteed time off every second weekend.
