About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Huntress. This is a permanent position based in Brighton, working Monday to Thursday from 11am to 6pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Deputy Manager, Play Workers, Bank Staff, and Volunteers. Key duties include arranging meetings, conducting supervision, training, and appraisals with all staff/volunteers, ensuring the team understands and meets children's individual needs, building relationships with parents/carers, and supporting with general administration tasks.

With a salary between £25,350 - £29,250 per annum (pro rata), this role requires an enhanced DBS check. If you have experience in team management in a childcare setting and ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, we encourage you to apply.
