SEMH Support Worker

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
The school is seeking a SEMH Support Worker to join their team and support pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
As a key member of the school's team, the successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' educational, social and emotional needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils in developing their day-to-day and academic skills as well as their social emotional needs.
- Providing interventions and cover classes across the school.
- Taking responsibility for agreed learning activities both in and out of school.

Established leadership in place that holds consistently high standards for their staff.
