Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and product awareness in assigned B&Q stores. The successful candidate will be based in Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas, including Chelmsford, Basildon, Roneo Corner, and Romford.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take on a challenging role, working across multiple locations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
