Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our team at a large SEN secondary School in Berkeley. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils, promoting independence and personal development while maintaining high expectations of behaviour.

Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with their learning and general wellbeing
  • Promote and encourage independence and personal development in pupils
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour at all times

The successful candidate will have a GCSE (or equivalent qualification) pass in Maths and English, as well as an understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures. They will be committed to the role, treating each pupil as an individual, and be positive and creative in meeting their needs.
