About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Training Specialist to join our team at Dutton Gregory LLP. As a Digital Systems Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for IT systems and software
  • Provide one-to-one support and coaching to staff members
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with other trainers to deliver project-based IT training
  • Support the roll-out of new IT systems and technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in IT training and education
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel between offices
