About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Leader to join our team at Let Me Play. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and fun activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks at Studley Leisure Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality activities that cater to children of mixed ability and age range
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes fun, creativity, and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement activity schedules
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and delivering fun, engaging activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working with children or in a related field is desirable
