The Forensic Community Mental Health Team at the Rohallion Clinic, Murray Royal Hospital, Perth, is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join their vibrant and forward-thinking team. This unique setting offers a beautiful, semi-rural location with a mix of low and medium secure care facilities, providing a dynamic and challenging environment for professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Registration on the UK NMC Register (Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2)

• A first degree or equivalent qualification (level 9 of the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework)

• Extensive experience in a community mental health team, preferably at Band 5 or above

• Expert clinical and professional practice, with a strong understanding of current legislation and mental health qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams

• IT literacy and the ability to work effectively within a multi-professional team
