Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • You will work in a luxurious environment, equipped with the best tools and products, and surrounded by a team that values your contribution.
  • As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • You will also be responsible for providing professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
