The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with learning disabilities who require complex care, including those with autism, epilepsy, mental health issues, and challenging behaviors. This will involve delivering a range of specialist health-related nursing services, including nurse-led clinics, to clients within our unit and in the community.

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will work closely with health, social care agencies, primary care, and partners in education and the voluntary sector. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the correct skill set, able to work as part of a team, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with learning disabilities and complex needs

Requirements:

  • Registered on Sub-part 1: RN5/RNLD of the UK NMC Register
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deliver high-quality care
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities
