  • Prepare daily reconciliations of regulated client bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely transaction of client funds and related fees, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update accounting software with daily transactions, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Manage expenses claims and resolve accounting queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and manage pension contributions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Review system settings and workflows to ensure relevance and functionality, driving process improvements.
  • Study support offered to enhance your skills and knowledge in accounting and finance.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • AAT qualified or early stages of ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
