The successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely and accurate management accounts, analyzing variances to budget and forecasts, and ensuring all areas within the finance team are reconciled and closed off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and produce end-to-end management accounts and associated reporting packs
  • Detailed analysis of variances to budget and forecasts
  • Stock and stock adjustment reconciliations
  • Produce and oversee production of the monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with the year-end audit preparation
  • Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts
  • Rolling P&L forecasting including integrated working capital model
  • Assisting with the annual budget cycle and quarterly reforecast
  • Rolling cash flow forecasting
  • Business partnering

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or finalist
  • Online retail experience advantageous
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Self-starter who is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Has excellent communication skills and the confidence to question peers
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A positive attitude to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • A team player who can support others in the team
