Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board NHS is seeking a dedicated Youth Recovery Specialist to join its team in North Wales. Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual who can work effectively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic high-quality care for children, young people, and families accessing our community child and adolescent mental health services. The successful candidate will have a passion for person-centered approaches and be committed to supporting individuals in overcoming barriers to achieving their goals and wishes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic high-quality day-to-day care for children, young people, and families.
  2. Prepare older adolescents for transition between Children's and adults services, ensuring a smooth and person-centered process.
  3. Develop positive relationships and effective liaison with other health departments or partner agencies.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent working experience or willingness to undertake NVQ level 3 within 2 years.
  • Knowledge of mental health.
  • Experience of working with people.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
