About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our South & West Social Care Team in Devon. As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a social care pathway in line with the requirements of the Care Act 2014.
  • Offer a personalized and person-centred approach to assessment, support planning, safeguarding, and review.
  • Work in partnership with other statutory and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Commit to involving service users and carers in the delivery of a high-quality and equitable service.

About You:

As a Social Worker, you will have a comprehensive working knowledge of the issues currently impacting on social care delivery and be up-to-date with policy and practice development. You will also be registered to practice with Social Work England and have a current full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
