About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Soft Furnishings Technician to join our production line. As a Soft Furnishings Technician, you will be responsible for creating high-quality upholstered furniture products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Upholstering a variety of furniture to a high standard
- Providing good quality work to set company standards
- Complying with Health and Safety procedures
- Using hand tools and power tools to cut, sew, and apply upholstery materials
- Handling and lifting heavy materials and components as required
- Applying fabric with precision and attention to detail
- Repairing or replacing damaged upholstery on items as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:
* At least a year's experience in upholstery in a fast-paced environment, ideally within contract furniture
* Experience using air powered staple guns and other relevant hand and power tools for upholstery

Salary: £14-£20 per hour (dependent on experience) + opportunity to boost earnings with piece work.
