Dept. of Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to lead our Autocentre team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious team leader or existing Manager looking for a new challenge in a great team environment with supportive management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 17:00, with a day off during the week and two Sundays per month.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £48,000-£58,000 per annum based on industry standards.
