Sales Operations Project Manager
As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop requirements for business systems teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for changes and new processes, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
- Develop and review requirements with the Business Systems team
- Manage testing and release of projects and system changes
- Ensure process optimization and data integrity are maintained
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and KPIs
Sales Operations General Support
You will provide support with analysis and day-to-day management of our tech stack, managing relationships with our tech partners. Additionally, you will research potential upgrades to software with the cost analyst, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and support business intelligence reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an operational role, working with business stakeholders and business systems teams
- Experience creating and implementing business processes and changes, driving operational efficiency, consistent data quality, and advanced insights
- Experience with CRM systems, front-end user experience, and processes
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis knowledge and experience
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, managing business processes within the CRM
