Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Project Manager to join our team at GDS Group. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in identifying areas for operational improvement and translating these into requirements for our business systems teams.

As a Sales Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across different business streams, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, and communicating with business systems teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business processes and changes to drive operational efficiency and consistent data quality.
  2. Manage relationships with our tech partners and research potential upgrades to software with cost analysis.
  3. Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support with business intelligence reporting, using data to identify new revenue streams and areas for business improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to ensure all reporting requirements and KPIs are relevant and reported accurately.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience working in an operational role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and communicating with business stakeholders.
  2. Experience creating and implementing business processes and changes, driving operational efficiency and consistent data quality.
  3. Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM systems.
