Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in heavy civils and structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Knowledge of construction management software and tools, including project management, scheduling, and quality control
