Job Summary:
Calco Services is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality metrics
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in heavy civils and structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools, including project management, scheduling, and quality control
