Construction Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:
As a 360-recruitment consultant within the construction division, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of construction professionals and build strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

- Screening and registering worker enquiries.
- Collaborating closely with senior construction consultants to meet client requirements.
- Filling client requirements at all levels, from blue-collar to senior positions.
- Occasionally attending site meetings to better understand client needs.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Building and expanding your own client base.
- Continuously developing your knowledge of the construction industry.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable).
- A genuine passion for the construction sector.
- Professional and enthusiastic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven by success and naturally competitive.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Capable of handling client communication at all levels.
- Positive, proactive, resilient, and tenacious.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction when necessary.
