Job Description

Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at an established Digital Marketing and Web Development agency in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and development retainers in line with client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate account status and client work-in-progress documents.
  • Ensure internal teams have the necessary information from clients to execute projects and digital marketing campaigns, including following up on meeting actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and transparent communication.
  • Create high-quality campaign briefs for internal teams to action.
  • Support the Client Services Director with new client onboarding, including project management and delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly client meetings, preparing performance and strategy decks.
  • Develop and maintain monthly reporting commentary for clients and review marketing reports before sending to clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive housekeeping document outlining all key information for each client.
  • Support the Client Services Director in developing client accounts, demonstrating commercial awareness, promoting services, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous account management experience (3+ years).
  • Experience in lifestyle marketing is preferred but not essential.
