Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and development retainers for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve their digital marketing objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including project status and client work-in-progress documents.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and digital marketing campaigns, including follow-up on meeting actions and ensuring all necessary information is obtained from clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and transparent communication to drive business growth.
  • Develop high-quality campaign briefs for internal teams to execute, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.
  • Prioritize client work and ensure timely delivery of projects, collaborating with internal teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Support the Client Services Director in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication.
  • Project manage development projects, including creating project plans, scheduling regular client meetings, and delivering all project deliverables.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly client meetings, preparing performance and strategy decks to showcase campaign results and future plans.
  • Prepare monthly reporting commentary for clients, reviewing marketing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage client calls and meetings, creating agendas and contact reports to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain a comprehensive housekeeping document outlining key information for each client, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support the Client Services Director in developing client accounts, promoting services, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in lifestyle marketing is a plus, but not essential.
