Nuclear Energy Career Starter

A 4-year apprenticeship programme in Cumbria offers the chance to develop technical skills and creativity, working on radiation protection equipment and instrumentation. This apprentice will benefit from comprehensive training, including a fully funded qualification, and a range of employee benefits.
The programme combines hands-on experience with theoretical knowledge, developed through collaboration with experienced EC&I teams at Sellafield. As part of this role, the apprentice will participate in STEM outreach activities and the Apprentice Development Programme.
To succeed, candidates will need a strong academic background, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, and a passion for engineering and nuclear energy. Upon completion, apprentices can expect a rising annual salary of up to £34,697.
