Supply Chain Planning Director

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Director to lead the management of inventory from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Supply Chain Planning Team.
  • Oversight of the region, interfacing with in-country leadership on Supply Chain Planning and Stock Management issues.
  • Ensure SAP functionality for MRP optimizes in-stock performance and inventory targets.
  • Adopt Integrated Business Planning processes and align inventory forecast with stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in key performance metrics.
  • Process and expedite stock orders, liaise with suppliers on stock issues and invoice resolutions.
  • Provide data support to category managers on inventory.
  • Develop and direct planning technology initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing a Demand Planning or Supply Planning team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional leadership teams.
  • Statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong problem solver, skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, delegation, and presenting.
  • Analyzing skills.
  • Able to change and adjust in a fast-moving environment.
