ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead the team responsible for managing inventory from suppliers to customers.

As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the optimal use of SAP functionality for MRP and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Supply Chain Planning Team in managing inventory levels and optimizing stock performances.
  • Develop and implement Integrated Business Planning processes to align inventory forecasts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in key performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier invoice disputes and ensure on-time delivery of Purchase Orders.
  • Provide data support to category managers on inventory levels and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing a Demand Planning or Supply Planning team or similar supply chain leadership role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional leadership teams.
  • Statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
