Supply & Demand Planning Manager

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a highly skilled Supply & Demand Planning Manager to join our team based in the UK Head Office in Chadderton, Manchester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our Supply & Demand Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Supply & Demand Planning Team in managing inventory from suppliers to customers, ensuring optimal in-stock performance and adherence to inventory targets.
  • Develop and implement Integrated Business Planning processes to align inventory forecasts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in key performance metrics, including inventory turnover, fill rates, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier invoice disputes, process stock orders, and ensure on-time delivery for Purchase Orders.
  • Oversee the import of goods from vendors and freight forwarders, providing data support to category managers.
  • Develop and direct planning technology initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in managing a Demand Planning or Supply Planning team or similar supply chain leadership role.
  • SAP ERP experience is a plus.
