About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and complaint handling
  • Monitor and control store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and merchandise presentation to maximize sales potential
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance store operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to manage cash handling, stock, and other store finances
