Business Manager for Psychological Professions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business and strategic management support to the Director of Psychological Therapies, working closely with the corporate team to ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day administrative and business functions.
Main Responsibilities
The postholder will be responsible for managing the corporate affairs relating to the partnership senior psychology team, coordinating and supporting the management of the NHSE North Thames Contract for Clinical Psychology Trainees, and managing the Psychology Training and Education Team activities and output. They will also be responsible for providing a broad range of corporate support, managing corporate budgets, maintaining a professional office environment, and ensuring that office equipment is maintained and relevant records are up to date.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a first degree level or equivalent experience, evidence of continuous professional development, and experience of supporting senior staff at Board level or equivalent. They will also have excellent political and organisational awareness, experience of managing and continuously improving multiple and complex corporate office systems and processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
