About the Role

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking an experienced Performance Management Director to lead our financial performance steering efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and experience in financial performance management. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to work effectively with senior management.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial performance steering strategies. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to senior management.

You will also be responsible for working closely with the team to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in financial services, with experience in financial performance management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management
