We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to provide support and care to individuals with varying needs. This role enables them to make their own choices and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enable the people we support to make informed decisions about their daily lives, including personal care and household tasks.
  2. Assist individuals in developing their confidence and skills through structured activities and training.
  3. Support the people we support to meet their responsibilities, such as paying bills and maintaining relationships.
  4. Be involved in company-related activities, including training and recruitment.

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Requirements:

  1. Ability to provide intimate personal care with dignity and respect.
  2. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and research.
  3. Organizational and creative skills.
  4. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, flexible shift patterns, pension scheme, employee assistance programme.

The estimated salary for this role is around £27,500 - £32,000 per annum based on national averages.
