We are seeking an experienced and skilled Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around. You will also be required to carry out administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing.

As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the face of our care home and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organised, with excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
