Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled pharmacy technician to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) team. The successful candidate will have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and experience in primary care or working in a GP surgery.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development, with full training provided including enrolment on the CPPE Primary Care Education Pathway. The post holder will work closely with community and hospital pharmacy teams to ensure seamless integration of services and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing medicines knowledge and information to support safe and effective prescribing across PCNs
- Working with practice teams to develop clinical competencies and deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborating with community and hospital pharmacy teams to improve skill mix and reduce medicines-related workload in GP surgeries
Requirements:
- Current GPhC registration
- Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK) membership
- Experience in primary care or working in a GP surgery
- Evidence of commitment to continual professional development
