Land and Property Negotiator

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of basic pricing strategies and factors influencing pricing decisions.
- The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including participating in safety training sessions and workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in different departments.
You will also require a strong commitment to professional development and a thirst for knowledge, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include hybrid working, smart working policy, medical health plan, career progression, coaching, cycle to work scheme, electric car scheme, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
