About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to join our team in DWP Digital. As a Digital Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for tracking a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring progress, escalating issues and resource constraints as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide analysis, updates and recommendations to members of the leadership team.
  • Build, maintain and manage long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify future risks and blockers, using tooling and information to spot planning and delivery risks.
  • Support the identification, impact and prioritisation of new work that aligns to the department's digital strategy.

Requirements
  • Experience of either portfolio management or project management within a change or digital environment.
  • Experience of building long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate and deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience of tracking and reporting progress of digital delivery to senior levels, including identifying, managing and unblocking risks and issues.
Location

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.
