About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Recruitment Business Partner to join our team at DWP Digital. As a key member of our Capability team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing resourcing strategies that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract, retain, and develop quality talent
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address recruitment challenges
  • Conduct data-led analysis to inform recruitment decisions and strategies
  • Manage and track recruitment plans, deliver to tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively
  • Consult with key decision-makers to inform the development of key initiatives
  • Produce progress updates and reporting via various mechanisms to various audiences
