About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, person-centered care in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized client assessments to tailor care plans to individual needs
  • Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families
  • Provide supervision and unwavering support to our dedicated caregiving team
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
  • Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients
  • Assist the Care Manager to create, update, and audit client care plans
  • Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records

Requirements:

  • A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
  • Comfortable driving around the region for various visits
  • Being a driver with access to a car is essential. Please note Business Class One insurance will be required.
