Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead our care team in the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside region. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, person-centered care and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized client assessments to develop tailored care plans
  • Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families
  • Provide supervision and support to our caregiving team
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
  • Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals
  • Assist the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans
  • Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in the care sector with experience in similar duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
  • Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
  • Business Class One insurance required
