At Home Instead, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and companionship services to older adults in the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside region.
About the Role:We're looking for someone with a strong track record in the care sector, who can inspire and lead our team with compassion and professionalism. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting personalized client assessments to create tailored care plans
- Completing quality assurance visits to ensure high-quality care standards
- Providing supervision and support to our caregiving team
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
- Traveling to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals
- Assisting the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans
- Using our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in the care sector, with experience in similar duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
- Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
- A driver with access to a car, with Business Class One insurance
