About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in the care sector, who can inspire and lead our team with compassion and professionalism. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting personalized client assessments to create tailored care plans
  • Completing quality assurance visits to ensure high-quality care standards
  • Providing supervision and support to our caregiving team
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
  • Traveling to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals
  • Assisting the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans
  • Using our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in the care sector, with experience in similar duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
  • Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
  • A driver with access to a car, with Business Class One insurance
