Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our clients in the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs
  • Perform quality assurance visits to clients and their families to ensure exceptional care standards
  • Provide guidance and support to our caregiving team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being and outcomes
  • Travel to clients' homes to introduce new care professionals and ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans
  • Utilize our care management software to monitor daily care logs and medication records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the care sector with a track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on clients' lives
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
  • Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
  • Business Class One insurance required for driving
