Head of Adult Care Job Description

We are seeking a kind, caring, and motivated individual to join our team as a Head of Adult Care at Grand Care Centre. This exciting opportunity will involve leading a team of hospitality assistants and care assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure a high standard of hospitality service is provided to residents.
  2. Manage, allocate duties, and supervise the hospitality team to ensure a quality delivery of care.
  3. Take responsibility for promoting the welfare of adults in our care.
Requirements:
  1. Dining or restaurant supervisor experience is essential.
